Hotel has been very flexible in finding a solution at the last moment to accomodate my pet. Staff has been extremely attentive and careful for the whole period. Quiet but very strategic location

The reception and the staff were very friendly. For various wishes helpful good suggestions were offered. The location of the hotel is excellent.
It is a pity that à la carte menus for breakfast are only available in the room.

For a superior double room the room and the bathroom was much too small, a breakfast room was also very small, so that not even 4 persons could have breakfast together at one table. Among the staff among themselves there were quarrels. With a possible next stay in Paris we will not want to take this hotel anymore.

Internet connection is very slow and almost dead. need to be considered seriously espaically that every body nowadays receive and sends emails with big sizes and require high speed internet. the hotel covers business men type of guests and this is essential.

The internet was not working at all at the hotel when we asked they said they will fix it but they did not so we had to go out of the hotel for the internet I love this hotel and iam always stay in it but if I new there was no net I would stay in another hotel for sure

It is situated very conviniently for shopping as well as for city sightseeing. Room service works very well. Special thanks to concierge Patrick, he helped us a lot of times.
