Reopening in June 2024 after a full transformation by Festen, the iconic Balzac is a tribute to the golden years of the Champs Elysées in a subdued, refined style. With its unique atmosphere exuding exclusivity and elegance, the Balzac located just of the World's most beautiful avenue offers 58 spacious rooms and suites, some with Eiffel Tower view, some connecting ideal for families.     For a superior double room the room and the bathroom was much too small, a breakfast room was also very small, so that not even 4 persons could have breakfast together at one table. Among the staff among themselves there were quarrels. With a possible next stay in Paris we will not want to take this hotel anymore.
